OrdBlindt is a poetic and simultaneously cruel performance where 7 artists explore human dreams and longings. It is a theatre concert- but with WORDS. An image of the imagination, where spoken word confronts theater in a walk through the city streets, over the rooftops, bypassing the brain and into the heart. A tale of and about the words we use today. A performance with a question; Where is the poetry in our language? A language that is as varied today as it always has been. The texts in OrdBlindt have a recurring theme of finding “the individual in the community”. Through the combination of the different poems, you will encounter individuals with their own identity and at the same time see how an individual is part of a larger community. OrdBlindt is a performance which plays with the theatrical medium. A show where the performers speak directly to the audience in an ongoing conversation, thereby mixing what is happening in the audience with what is going on on-stage.

“This HIT production of ‘Old Times’ must rank as one of the sexiest ever adaptations of renowned playwright Harold Pinter’s work….Its unlimited angles gave the audience the sense they were really look into someone’s living room as a voyeur…HIT has once again succeeded in masterfully presenting an absorbing re-interpretation of Pinter’s work.”

“Det engelske sprog er som skabt til Pinters dramatik. Det er en fornøjelse at høre det spillet på engelsk…. Gå på opdagelse i det pinterske univers, og start for eksempel med ”Old Times” i Krudttønden. Det er en stor, livgivende og intens dødelig oplevelse.”
